  • Can I choose the colour theme or style (boy, girl, gender-neutral)?
    Yes. For our Small, Medium and Large hampers you can request specific colours (e.g., green, pink, neutral creams/greys) and themes when you order, just leave a note at checkout or message us and we’ll confirm before we pack.
  • What’s typically inside each hamper?
    Contents vary by size and age, but you can expect a curated mix from: organic/soft-natural rompers or outfits, 100% cotton burp cloths and towels, bibs, a cosy blanket, gentle accessories (e.g., wooden teether or dummy clip), and a milestone keepsake (or similar for older babies). If something is temporarily unavailable, we’ll swap for a close match of equal or higher value, keeping your theme and quality consistent.
  • Can I pick specific items for a custom hamper, and do you offer discounts based on value?
    Absolutely. If you’ve got your eye on particular products, tell us your budget and must-have items and we’ll curate around that. We also offer tiered discounts based on total hamper value for custom builds, message us and we’ll apply the best rate for your basket.
  • Can I mix items from your boutique into a hamper?
    Yes, most products from our boutique (eco/organic clothing, burp cloths, accessories) can be included. If a particular brand/item isn’t suitable (e.g., sizing clashes), we’ll suggest a close alternative. Or if you want a mixture of sizes, send us a message and we will happily tailor the hamper.
  • How do you tailor hampers to baby’s age?
    Every hamper is age-appropriate for babies up to 12 months. Choose 0–3, 3–6, 6–9 or 9–12 months at checkout and we’ll select sizes and items that suit that stage (e.g., bodysuit sizing, mitten/hat sizes, suitable toys).
  • What’s the sizing for baby booties?
    Our baby booties are one size (0–3 months) and can only be added to hampers built for 0–3 months. For older age ranges we’ll suggest an alternative (e.g., socks, hats or an extra bib).
  • Are your products organic/sustainable?
    We prioritise eco-friendly, sustainable brands, with many items in organic or natural fibres (often 100% cotton). Not every single item is organic, but we’ll highlight options and happily build fully eco-leaning hampers on request.
  • Can I add a gift message and is it gift-wrapped?
    Yes, every hamper arrives gift-ready with careful wrapping and you can include a personalised message at checkout. Leading hamper brands make gift presentation standard; we do too.
  • I’m ordering for a workplace maternity/parental-leave gift, can you help?
    Definitely. Tell us your budget, deadline, and any preferences (brand colours, card message). We’ll curate, wrap, and ship directly to the recipient or your office.
  • How quickly will my hamper arrive?
    We’ll confirm dispatch when your design is agreed. Typical UK options (subject to stock and final confirmation): Standard: around 3–5 working days Express: around 1–2 working days if ordered before the daily cut-off Timings vary by courier and season, full details are on our Delivery page.
  • Will an invoice be in the box?
    No, perfect for gifting. We email order confirmations/receipts to the purchaser only.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We mainly ship within the UK. If you need international delivery, contact us; some hamper retailers calculate costs and duties at checkout—we’ll advise based on destination before you order.
  • What if an item arrives damaged or something’s missing?
    Snap a quick photo of the parcel and the affected item, keep the packaging, and contact us with your order number. We’ll put it right, replacement or refund per our policy.
  • Can I return a hamper?
    We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within the returns window (see our Returns page). For hygiene reasons, certain items can’t be returned once opened.
